Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Assistant Cortex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Virtual Open House website at https://virtualopenhouse.ai, the 3D walk-through worlds we create, and our related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). This is a boilerplate template — please review it with qualified legal counsel before relying on it.

1. Who We Are

The Services are operated by Assistant Cortex (“the Company”). If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at admin@assistantcortex.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide: account details such as your name, email address, and billing information; content, prompts, and files you submit to our Services; and any communications you send to us.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from third parties: data from payment processors, authentication providers, and analytics services.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
• To process transactions and manage your account;
• To improve, personalize, and develop the Services;
• To communicate with you, including service updates and support;
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Services and Data Processing

Our Services include artificial intelligence features. Content and prompts you submit may be processed by our systems and, where applicable, by trusted third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not sell your inputs or outputs. Where you have configured private or self-hosted models, processing occurs according to that configuration. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data you do not want processed by these features.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: service providers and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf; AI and infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the Services; legal and regulatory authorities where required by law; and parties to a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@assistantcortex.com. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) may have additional rights as described by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
