What do buyers actually get?

One link to a 3D world of the home. They can walk through every room, switch between staging styles, look at the listing details and talk to an AI real estate agent standing in the house.

Do visitors need to install anything?

No. The world opens in any modern web browser on a computer or phone. Buyers with a VR headset such as Meta Quest can open the same link in the headset’s browser.

How accurate is the 3D home?

We measure the home in person, so room sizes, ceiling heights and window and door placement match the real property.

What can the in-world agent answer?

Questions about the home and the listing (rooms, features, price, year built), the neighbourhood, nearby schools and directions. She can show a map on the TV in the house. Visitors can talk to her by voice or type.

What is a staging style?

A complete furnished look for the home, such as Rustic or Modern Farmhouse. Buyers can switch between styles, or see the home empty. One style is included with world creation; extra styles are $25 each.

What is a remodel?

A version of the home with changes you want buyers to imagine, such as new floors, fresh paint or updated finishes. Each remodel is $150.

How is the price worked out?

World creation is $100 per 1,000 sq ft of the home (a 3,000 sq ft home is $300). Extra stagings are $25, remodels $150, and hosting is $2.99 a month for each active property.

What does “active property” mean?

A property whose world is online and reachable by its link. You can take a world offline when the home sells, and hosting stops.

Where can I share the link?

Anywhere a link works: the MLS virtual tour field, your listing website, social media, email campaigns and text messages.
